Our Bath shop is not affected by the closure of the current Salisbury shop and our trade in the town remains strong. In fact the two cities could not be more different.
We are looking forward to the New Season and will be adding more "Making Products" that we are always being asked for such as Ribbons and Buttons and will be expanding our New Polaris range plus many other new lines. We are currently working on a new range of workshops and introducing more of the popular knotting classes. As we will be losing some of the costly overheads from the business we will be able to offer better prices for larger quantities and you will see a vast reduction on the prices for packs of 25 to 50 beads or more which will help those of you making jewellery to sell.

Salisbury
Due to Staff Cutbacks our Salisbury Shop will not be open on Mondays after the end of January 2012.
We will be moving from the Premises in the next few months as the cost of the shop and overheads have become too high and is no longer viable and are lease is expiring. We are currently deciding what is best for us to do in the current climate and will let you know further as soon as we know. We have obviously been affected by the recession and are sensibly restructuring the business to cope and un profitable parts of the business have had to go so we can grow as a company in the future.
It is expected that we will be opening our warehouse in Berwick St Leonard up to customers who order in larger quanties i.e Cash and Carry and there will be better prices available for these customers. There will be a minimum order of £50 and beads/findings will be in packs of 25 or more but prices will be lower than our retail prices for bulk purchases. We will have a separate price list for this service shortly and if you are interested please let us know either by email or by telephone and we will be happy to email a price list when ready.

Shaftesbury
It is with regret and relief that our Shaftesbury Branch will open for the last time of 30th July. The continual rise in overheads and staffing costs, have made the shop an un-viable proposition for the Company in these economic times.
We have been very lucky in that we were approached by a local hairdressers to take over the remaining 7 years on the lease relieving us of a significant worry. The footfall of shoppers in Shaftesbury have fallen and despite diversification into La Bonne Vie it has not been viable to keep the branch going and we have taken the opportunity to leave.
I would like to thank all our customers past and present for their support over the last 10 years and would like to re-assure you all that the rest of the business remains un-affected. We would love to welcome you in our Bath or Salisbury shops and our online shop of course is always open!
