I just wanted to let you know how truly impressed I have been with the excellent service in your Salisbury Shop. I attended one of your Figure of 8 Necklace jewellery classes there last week with my sister in law and we had a really great and memorable time. Firstly, when my husband booked this class as a surprise for us he was extremely pleased with the helpful advice he received over the phone as to which class to book. Secondly, the class itself was absolutely 5 star - Becky was so patient and enthusiastic throughout, she couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. My necklace seemed to take forever, as I chose quite small beads to decorate it with, and she remained completely encouraging despite the fact I didn't finish until close to 5.30pm! I live in London, and visit many of the trendy Covent Garden Bead Shops regularly, however none of them compares to Bijoux Beads in Salisbury for your staff's friendliness and excellent service, the quality and range of beads on offer and the creative and innovative examples on display.Thank you to everyone in the Salisbury shop, for me you are the BEST bead shop in the UK!
