Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Returns Policy If you place an order and then decide you do not want it, please telephone us as soon as possible on 01747 820562. Providing the order has not been despatched, you will be refunded. If you have already received your goods, you may cancel the order strictly up to 7 days after you have received your goods. We will refund you the cost of the order less postage and packaging within 14 days provided you send the goods back to us in saleable condition at your own expense. Please advise of faulty or wrong goods strictly within 14 days of receiving the order and we will refund or exchange. |
