| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. | Shipping And Handling We try to ensure that orders are expedited as quickly as possible and delivered by the fastest and most economical route. Postage and packaging within the UK is charged at the following rates before VAT: Orders up to £20: £1.95 Orders up to £40: £3.50 Orders up to £100: £5.50 Orders over £100: Free by Courier We offer a next day service by Courier for £5.95 postage. We still need time to collate and pack your order. Orders are dealt with on a first come first served basis but when the beads leave us by Courier they will then be with you the next day instead of waiting for First Class Mail. Details of postage and delivery charges are automatically calculated and shown at the 'Checkout' stage of the ordering process. | Returns Policy If you place an order and then decide you do not want it, please telephone us as soon as possible on 01225 482024. Providing the order has not been despatched, you will be refunded. If you have already received your goods, you may cancel the order strictly up to 7 days after you have received your goods. We will refund you the cost of the order less postage and packaging within 14 days provided you send the goods back to us in saleable condition at your own expense.
