Delivery and Returns

When we receive your order we aim to pack and process the order as quickly as possible so you can start creating while you are inspired. We will send you a Despatched Email when the parcel leaves us for the Post Office.

On the whole our beads and despatched the same or next day but at busy times such as Christmas this may be extended to a maximum of seven days. Should you have any worries about your order or think it may be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to locate it.

If you would like your beads as soon as possible please contact us before Midday to give us a good chance to get your items into the post. We use Royal Mail First Class Post and for larger Home Maker items and Trade orders we use Interlink Express.

Please contact us if you have any special mail requirements.

Overseas orders are usually sent using Royal Mail Parcelforce and are charged at cost. If you are placing an order from abroad, we will contact you for payment of the postage when we have packed and weighed your package so you will only pay the cost of sending the parcel.

All UK orders - £2.90

Larger Home-Maker items are sent by Courier up to £10.50

These rates are subject to change at anytime in line with postal cost rises from the Royal Mail.

Returns Policy

Retail customers are covered by the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection Regulations that allows you to return items to us within seven days if you are not completely satisfied for a full refund from the date of the original receipt. Items should be sent back in perfect condition and unused.

Unless the items are faulty or sent incorrectly, you will liable for return postal costs. Please be aware that any refunds or replacements above our Statutory Obligations are discretionary.

If you return items for a replacement we will credit your payment card and send you the requested replacement but we will have to charge postal costs again for this service.

Back Orders

If an item becomes out of stock, it may be back ordered for you. We will write and let you know the expected delivery date of new stock and you can decide whether to cancel the Back Order or wait for new stock.
