Delivery Information

We aim to pack your order as quickly as possible in the order they arrive to us. Sometimes this is the same day but if we need to visit our warehouse for extra stock or we have a lot of orders it could be the next day. We will contact you if we have a problem or a shortfall with options for your order.

We send all our orders out 48 hour Tracked Royal Mail delivery to UK address unless its a larger parcel when we might use another carrier. Our postage charges follow the Royal Mail's current prices.

We do not offer free returns.

For International Orders, we charge a flat fee of £30.00 and will contact you if the parcel is more or less in value.

Please note that orders to USA need special attention due to customs imposed at the UK end. Please contact us for a shipping and customs quote.
