Conditions of Sale

Contract of Sale

When you place an order on our website we will then send you a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase our items that is accepted by us by the email confirmation we send when we have despatched the items to you and then it is complete and forms the Contract.

Pricing and Availability

Our prices are subject to changes at anytime and take into consideration exchange rates and fuel surcharges. We are committed to giving you the best quality products and the best prices without compromise. We cannot always guarantee despatch times and sometimes during a busy period of selling items do become unavailable.

Tax

For all orders within the UK, VAT is added at 20%. For orders from Countries within the EU the VAT is removed and the customer becomes liable for any additional taxes or local surcharges that may occur.

Privacy

Bijoux Beads does not share any information with third parties at all. When you place an order with us we will contact you with further offers which you can opt out of at anytime but will never share any information to third parties.
